Do the excursions include meals?
Yes, we include a box lunch (only in regular services) so you can enjoy the tour without worrying about meals. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate them.
How far is the excursion meeting point from the cruise terminal?
From the disembarkation point to the meeting point, it’s approximately 1 km (about a 10-minute walk). If you prefer not to walk, the port usually offers a free shuttle bus that covers this distance.
Are excursions canceled due to bad weather?
Yes, in some cases. If strong winds prevent the cruise ship from docking, or if heavy rain affects the condition of gravel roads, the excursions are canceled for safety reasons. In such cases, a 100% refund of the amount paid is issued, with no penalties of any kind.
Can I pay in US dollars, Argentine pesos, or by credit card?
